Deadmau5 + Kat Von D – Pop Stars Engaged in 2012

What a whirlwind year Deadmau5 and Kat Von D have had together.

The DJ confirmed that he was dating the tattoo artist via Twitter in September. However, Kat Von D tweeted in November that she had split with Deadmau5.

A little more than a month later, the 'Ghosts 'n' Stuff' DJ popped the question to Von D on Twitter (where else?) asking, "I can't wait for Christmas so.... Katherine Von Drachenberg, will you marry me?" to which she responded, "Mi corazon!!! Thank you all for the lovely congratulations! Please excuse me while I go squeeze the hell out of my fiancé!"

The DJ also posted a picture of Von D's ring -- a (soon-to-be) black diamond with 2 skull accents... how fitting! We can't wait to see the completed ring, or this wedding's playlist!
