Dev Drops ‘In My Trunk (Remix)’ Feat. 2 Chainz

Dev's suggestive electropop thumper 'In My Trunk' now has a new remix featuring G.O.O.D. Music rapper 2 Chainz.

"Turn this b---- up!," 2 Chainz commands as the song begins. The rapper makes a couple of appearances, delivering risque lines like, "Let me get your number, baby / Maybe we can have another baby."

Dev is just as naughty, singing, "It was a late night / No Scrabble game night / I'm a handful, ain't I? / Ain't I, ain't I? / Let me show you/ Back seat, front door you / Pop the trunk, shut your mouth and turn that sh-- up."

Aside from 2 Chainz's cameos, the remix otherwise keeps the same basic structure of the original track, with a hip-hop vibe, electro bloops and computer-altered vocals providing the hook. The remix hit the web earlier this summer and is now available for purchase on iTunes.

The first version of the song, produced by the Cataracs, appeared on Dev's 2011 album 'The Night the Sun Came Up,' which also produced hits 'Bass Down Low' and 'In the Dark.' Dev is still touring behind the album and will perform at Lollapalooza in Chicago next weekend.
