Sad news to report. Drake had to cancel his concert in Orlando, Fla., because of a death in the family. According to TMZ, the rapper-crooner's uncle, who remains unidentified, passed away. Drake was supposed to take the stage Saturday on the final night of Universal Studios' Summer Concert Series. There will be no replacement for the show.

Drake's reps issued this statement:

"We regret to announce that Drake will not be able to take the stage at Universal Orlando Resort due to a death in the family. He hopes that his fans understand the situation he finds himself in and know that he fully intends to return to the area in the future. He thanks Universal Orlando Resort and his fans for their continued support."

Drizzy has three remaining dates left on his summer tour, including OvoFest, his hometown event in Toronto, Canada on July 31. The concert will feature headliners Rick Ross and fellow R&B singer The Weeknd.

PopCrush would like to send condolences to Drake and his family.
