Drake is a ladies man -- but ultimately, he wants to settle down with only one. The rapper, whose sophomore album, 'Take Care,' hits shelves on his birthday (Oct. 24), opened up to Elle magazine with remarkable candor about the women in his life -- including Rihanna and, yes, Nicki Minaj.

Despite what his lyrics and infamy may imply, Drake's a pretty low key, romantic type. When asked if he enjoys the occasional ménage à trois, he insists, "I've never had one. I swear, I'm a one-woman kind of guy."

He backed it up further by showcasing his tamer side. "The most intense thing I’ve ever done was bring a girl to Passover dinner," he admits. When asked if the lucky gal was Nicki Minaj, Drake denies it. "No, no," he said, "Although that’s a woman my mother is in love with."

Ok, so Minaj gets a stamp of approval from Mama Drake. But the real question is -- how does the 'Marvin's Room' singer feel about her? "I’d marry Nicki," he tells Elle. "I think Nicki would be one of the only people that would understand me at the end of all this and be able to love me." Aw, Drake! He shouldn't sell himself and millions of girls short. Though, if his mom loves Ms. Minaj already, it saves him a whole lot of work (and her a whole lot of sucking up) later.

He doesn't mention how his mom feels about Rihanna, but he does clarify what went down between them. "I guess I thought it was more," Drake says. "That was the first girl with any fame that paid me any mind. You spend days reading about this person in the magazines. All of a sudden you have this number-one song and you’re at some birthday party and there she is. And you’re just some naive kid from Toronto staying in some s---a-- hotel who got invited to this party on a whim. That’s just how it happened."

But ladies -- know this: His digital romantic life is a bit more active! Yes, we mean sexting, but keep in mind that has standards: "If you send them without me asking, it’s like, you’ve done this before," he says. "But I’m away a lot. If there’s a woman I’m into, I might want to get a picture from her to handle business myself, as opposed to doing something I might regret."

Woah!
