Hot on the heels of the news of Lauryn Hill birthing a child that may or may not be fathered by her longtime love Rohan Marley, rapper Flo Rida is categorically denying reports that he fathered a son earlier this year and turns out, it's not just lip service. Flo –-real name: Tramar Dillard-- claims to be in possession of a paternity test that proves he did not sire the boy.

TMZ reports that Gloria Halloway is saying that Flo is her baby daddy, but the rapper's lawyer says he submitted to a paternity test last month and the results indicated that he is not the father. Can't you just hear talk shot host Maury Povich exclaiming, "Flo, you are NOT the father?"

But there is a legal hiccup regarding Flo's claims. He used a fake name when taking the test in order to protect his identity and as a result, there is no official documentation to support his statements. Now, Halloway wants to see paperwork with Flo's name on it, as she is refuting his arguments.

This situation begs the question: now that the Flo Rida paternity dispute is public, why not retake the DNA test under his real name?

Actually, that's what Halloway's lawyer is gunning for. He wants a court-ordered DNA test and told TMZ that "there is absolutely nothing to indicate that [Flo Rida] was sampled. I really do feel that the only way we are going to get a reliable paternity test is going to be within the confines of some sort of court order."
