Simon Cowell is so sure of 'X Factor' that he's willing to pit his show's next winner against the top contestants from NBC's 'The Voice' and his former home, Fox's 'American Idol.' It sounds like a great idea to reigning 'Voice' champ Javier Colon, who's offering to cut to the chase and step up to the mic in a three-way showdown right now.

Cowell started the conversation on Twitter, where he suggested, "Maybe the winner of @TheXFactorUSA this yr should compete with winner of The Voice & Idol in a super final. Just a thought. I'd be up for it." 'Idol' producer Nigel Lythgoe quipped in return, "@simoncowell suggests the IDOL winner should take on the voice and x-factor winners. The problem is the Idol winner will be a star by then."

Reading all this, Colon couldn't help entering the fray. "So @simoncowell recently proposed a face off btw Idol/Xfactor/Voice winners I respect the other winners a lot but if U want a battle I'm IN!" he tweeted, adding, "As u know, @dizzyfeet AKA Nigel Lythgoe, Simon proposed an Idol/XFactor/Voice face off. Just letting U know that I'm down!"

No word yet on whether Cowell and Lythgoe will take Colon up on his challenge, but we can start settling this in the comments. Do you think Javier has what it takes to go up against the best that 'American Idol' and 'X Factor' have to offer?
