Hip-hop kings Jay-Z and Kanye West kicked off their 'Watch the Throne' tour in Atlanta over the weekend and they didn't disappoint their die-hard fans who packed the Philips Arena. Despite a few technical glitches, the Throne rocked the mic regally performing most of their songs from their celebrated catalogs and their latest album, 'Watch the Throne.'

According to MTV, the duo began the show with a few selections from their collaborative effort 'Watch the Throne' including 'Otis,' 'Welcome to the Jungle' and 'Gotta Have It." Afterward, Hov and Yeezy trade off performances rocking songs from their celebrated solo careers. Jay-Z was first as he took audiences down memory lane with hits like 'Where I'm From,' 'You Don't Know' and 'Public Service Announcement.' Then West followed with his classic tunes like 'Jesus Walks,' 'Good Life,' 'Power,' 'Gold Digger,' and 'Runaway.'

West clearly won the award for Best Lavish Outfit for the night. According to MTV, 'Ye was rocking a leather kilt with leather pants underneath and glow-in-the-dark Air Yeezys sneakers. Meanwhile, Jay-Z kept it simple with black jeans, a matching hoodie and a New York Yankee snapback.

The two-hour-plus show ended with the tandem performing a few remaining tracks from 'WTT.' First there was 'N---a in Paris,' followed by Hov's 'Encore,' and then the anthemic 'Made in America' complete with images of Martin Luther King Jr. and Malcolm X flashing on the big screen. Finally, Hov and Yeezy closed out with 'Why I Love You' as the gave their salutes to the roaring crowd.

"Peace ATL, thanks for all the love. Goodnight," Jay-Z reportedly said.
