After becoming a first-time mom to daughter Maxwell Drew, Jessica Simpson shed 50 pounds with the help of Weight Watchers -- though, she'll probably have to go through the same diet and exercise routine now that she is pregnant with her second child.

Simpson made her little bundle of joy a part of her workout routine, telling ABC News, "I basically take her with me [on walks], whether it’s strapping her on me or strolling around the neighborhood. My new goal is 14,000 steps a day."

See, it doesn't take two intense workouts a day, Jessica did it by incorporating exercise into her everyday routine. We're sure after her new baby boy comes along, J. Simps will be back to her knockout body in no time!
