British newcomer Jessie J holds down the top spot on this week's UK singles chart with the Dr. Luke-produced 'Price Tag.'

The dance-pop track with hints of Motown and reggae rocketed to the top of the British singles chart last week and remains there in its second week, holding off Lady Gaga's 'Born This Way,' which enters at No. 3.

'Price Tag,' which features a guest verse from rapper B.o.B., will appear on Jessie's debut album 'Who You Are,' set for release on Feb. 25 in the UK and April 12 in the U.S. 'Price Tag' edges out her first single, 'Do It Like a Dude,' which stopped at No. 2.

Jessie J may not be well-known yet in America, but she's toured with Chris Brown and Taio Cruz and she co-wrote the infectious Miley Cyrus hit 'Party in the USA.' Jessie just captured the Critics' Choice trophy at the 2011 Brit Awards.
