Jay-Z and Kanye West's chart-topping song 'N---as in Paris' has become a worldwide "provocative" anthem that "gets the people going." Those quotes are now infamous in the song and they were spoken by comedians and 'Blades of Glory' stars Jon Heder and Will Ferrell.

So what did Heder think of the sample? For starters, 'Napoleon Dynamite' actor told Fuse TV he wasn't sure why he was being sampled, but figured there would be some compensation involved. “I actually heard about it after the fact," he said. "Then I called up my manager like ‘What’s going on here? Is there some kind of compensation happening?’ He was like ‘Whatever, the glory of the song is your compensation Jon. Listen to it.’"

Although he felt honored to be part of the Throne's hit single, he stopped short of proclaiming the song as historic. "We have to give it probably a few more years to see if it's history," he said.

PopCrush reported last year that Ferrell was thrilled about being quoted in the song. "And when I heard it for the first time, I just started to laugh because it felt so surreal. But I really did like the song," Ferrell said. Heder's voice can be heard screaming, “I don’t even know what that means!” right after 'Ye's verse in a moment of dialogue sampled from the 2007 film.
