Ye and Jay look like they're having a great time in this picture from the 'Watch the Throne' listening party. The duo, who are using the moniker 'The Throne' while they are out on tour, celebrated their upcoming album in New York City.

The exclusive listening party took place in the Hayden Planetarium at the Museum of Natural History. Some of the guests at the event included Jay-Z's wifey, Beyonce, Kelly Rowland, Beyonce's little sis Solange, Q-Tip and Busta Rhymes. Industry execs swarmed the place to catch the first complete listen of the highly-anticipated collaborative album, as well.

PopCrush didn't attend, but luckily Blogger Jas Fly was live tweeting from the star-studded event. Here's how it went down according to the journalist, "There were 3 actual listening sessions and a reception for everyone waiting for their session to begin. Cocktail, munchies and CHAMPAGNE ... Ye sat in all 3 sessions, Jay sat in the middle session, which was our session. Album presentation alone was incredibly smart & well done."

Jas Fly continued to talk about some of the tracks from 'Watch the Throne,' writing, "As each song played, the response was clear. Everyone went BANANAS on 'N----- in Paris' ... No one cared for 'Lift Off.'" She went on to tweet, "The album gets progressively emotional, so towards the end the audience got quieter, listening to lyrics & not just beats." She also commented on Odd Future member Frank Ocean's involvement, saying, "Frank Ocean EARNED both his placements. Especially on 'Made It in America'. He sounds great and made some incredibly vocal choices."

'Watch the Throne' had already yielded two singles, 'H*A*M' and 'Otis.' The entire album drops Aug. 8. If you would like to pre-order the LP, visit the iTunes store by clicking here.
