Boys and girls everywhere are working on their fitness, but it's no longer to the beat of the 'Rocky' theme. According to Gold's Gym, Kanye West now holds the championship title of greatest workout song of all time for his hit, 'Stronger.'

The 'Mecca of bodybuilding' gym polled customers and fit celebs, like the Giants' defensive end, Michael Strahan, for their music picks. "I was thrilled to hear that 'Stronger' won the March Music Madness Bracket Challenge," the football star says of the song. "The song brings back great memories of Super Bowl XLII and is still on my iPod everyday in the gym."

Kanye keeps Strahan 'Stronger' on the field, too. Allegedly, the Giants beat the Patriots 17-14 when they took the field to the pump-up jam.

Speaking of pump-up jams, funny man Will Ferrell chose Technotronic's classic, 'Pump Up the Jam,' as his gym song of choice, while Brooke Shields pushed Foreigner's 'Hot Blooded,' but we think we'll trust the football player on this one.

Of 20,000 votes, when the final four came in it was Eminem's 'Lose Yourself,' the Black Eyed Peas' 'Boom Boom Pow,' Guns N' Roses 'Welcome to the Jungle,' and Kanye for the touchdown -- but as we all know, "that that kill you will only make you stronger."
