Kelly Rowland Talks About Risque Vibe Cover

Kelly Rowland appears on the cover of VIBE cupping her breasts all shirtless and sexy, and probably getting Cee Lo all hot and bothered. The 'Motivation' singer addressed her decision to be so bold and to bare it all like that during a recent chat with Sirius XM.

"I'm a grown woman," Rowland said about her revealing cover photo. "The idea behind the photo shoot … I wanted it to be like the article. It was my first time baring it all, talking about different things, like the craziness with my father coming to the table."

Really, Rowland wasn't trying to be seductive and sultry, even though she succeeded in looking like such. She was simply matching the revealing photo of herself with the open and honest nature of the feature -- and that's what we call art.

K-Row also talked about having new management, as her career is no longer guided by Mathew Knowles, who is Beyonce's father and former manager as well. Rowland took the high road and did not say anything negative about the situation. Instead, she said, "You can't blame anyone else for your circumstance."

Much like Bey, who parted ways with her dad on a professional level earlier this year, Rowland was ready to sprout wings and be more hands-on when it comes to the Kelly Rowland brand and business, from her photo shoots to her website updates. "I was ready. I made sure that I did whatever things it took for me to be a better businesswoman," she said. "Everything that has to do with Kelly Rowland? I had to up my game. I am going up against some serious competition here and I can hang."

Oh, Kelly, you sure can!
