New mom Lauryn Hill is accused of being a backstage bully on tour in a new lawsuit filed by one of her ex-bandmates. The former Fugees member was slapped with a lawsuit by guitarist Jay Gore who claims that she didn't pay him for his services on her European tour in 2007. The musician is seeking $23,600 of lost wages owed to him, as well as $20,000 in punitive damages, reports Rolling Stone.

Gore also alleges in his legal dispute that Ms. Hill was a tyrant backstage who created a "hostile work environment" by being verbally abusive to the other band members after shows. "Hill would demand that the musicians and road support personnel attend meetings where she would engage in a person-by-person critique and berating," he says

Gore's attorney, Nicholas Andrea, told TMZ that he hopes other musicians who have worked with Ms. Hill will back the lawsuit. "We believe there are other musicians who have been mistreated by Ms. Hill in a similar manner who are reluctant to stand up for their rights and this lawsuit gives them a voice as well," he says.

Hopefully, the band members on Ms. Hill's latest tour are not getting screamed at. Especially, since Ms. Hill went through a lot of stress before the baby was born. Surprisingly, she was back on stage performing just a week after giving birth to her sixth child. Miss Hill showed no signs of post-baby stress as she performed a rousing set at the L.A. Rising Festival in Los Angeles.
