Lea Michele Wins Favorite TV Comedy Actress at 2012 People’s Choice Awards

'Glee' actress Lea Michele walked off with the Favorite TV Comedy Actress People's Choice Award on tonight's  telecast. Wearing a 40s-inspired fringed white dress, Michele delivered a calm and well put together acceptance speech. It was as though she knew she was going to win and prepared her "thank yous" in advance, unlike earlier winner Emma Stone, who issued a rambling and cutely incoherent speech.

"This is so amazing," Michele said in her sweet speech. "I dedicate this award to my amazing cast, my 'Glee' club. You are my family and my best friends. I am an only child and now I have 11 siblings."

Michele, looking resplendent in pale pink lipstick and sporting a deep side part in her wavy, chocolate locks, also thanked the crew and her makeup artist for turning her into Rachel Berry every day. She shouted out her family in the Bronx and revealed that she brought her cousin as her date. The camera panned to the cousin -- a Lea Michele lookalike if there ever was one.

She closed out her speech by dedicating the award to "all the Rachel Berrys out there."

Nice work, Lea! What a great, genuine speech.
