Lil Wayne is set to premiere his episode of ‘MTV2 Presents: Lil Wayne Unplugged’ on June 12 at 9PM ET, and now fans can watch his performance of '6 Foot 7 Foot' in advance of the show.

In the video, the 28-year-old rapper takes on his 'Tha Carter IV' track with the help of Cory Gunz. The clip shows the rapper taking off his shirt and literally letting his hair down before launching into the high-energy performance.

According to MTV, Wayne's 'Unplugged' show features a few guests from his Young Money crew, but the rapper likes to keep things pared down. "If you ever go to a Lil Wayne show, you'll see he, as in I, don't bring nobody onstage unless they are Young Money," Weezy said after his taping.

"I also don't bring a lot of people up there because, simple and plain, this is 'MTV Unplugged,' and this is Lil Wayne's 'MTV Unplugged,'" he added.

Fans can expect to see performances of 'A Milli,' 'Lollipop,' 'Single,' 'Let the Beat Build,' and a cover of Tupac Shakur's 'Hail Mary.' Wayne will also debut a new track from his upcoming album called 'Nightmares of the Bottom.' 'Tha Carter IV' release date has been pushed back to Aug. 29
