Millions of fans love Nicki Minaj's music, but her Young Money Entertainment boss Lil Wayne isn't content with the work the flamboyant female rapper has produced so far.

"I'm not satisfied with anything she's done," Weezy said in a Vibe cover story. "I believe she can do a whole lot more, and I believe she will do a whole lot more. It's not shocking, and it's not surprising. It's quite fitting. But other than that, it's nowhere near the end."

Are those fighting words? It sounds to us like Weezy is just giving his friend the kind of nudge you'd expect from a mentor, trying to keep her humble by letting her know that she can be even greater if she keeps working to reach her full potential.

Wayne had a lot of other interesting things to say, like his surprising thoughts on the Kanye/Jay-Z collaboration 'Watch the Throne': "I haven’t heard the album. I’ll probably never hear the album." As we previously reported, Weezy also spoke about dissing Beyonce, his perceived lack of competition in the rap world, and his close relationship with Drake.
