Lil Wayne Releases ‘Tha Carter IV’ Teaser Video

With 'Tha Carter IV' set to drop next month, Lil Wayne has released a short trailer to tease the album's release.

The 76-second teaser doesn't reveal a whole lot about the new music. It's basically audio from Weezy's recent hit '6 Foot 7 Foot' mixed with clips from some of his earlier videos.

It seems as though Wayne's intent with the trailer is to remind us of some of the great moments of his career and to imply that 'Tha Carter IV' will provide even more such moments.

The trailer concludes with the text "Be very afraid ... Coming soon."

'Tha Carter IV' is still currently scheduled for a June 21 release, though nothing is certain since it's been delayed a few times already.

Singles '6 Foot 7 Foot' and 'John' have already charted, while a snippet of the Swizz Beatz collaboration 'Anne' has leaked. The album also reportedly features Kanye West, Drake and Kevin Rudolf.
