Miguel is reportedly being sued nearly two years after his 2013 Billboard Awards performance saw him leap across the stage and nearly snap a fan's neck upon impact. He also reportedly managed to kick another woman in the head during the same jump, and it looks like she's finally taking legal action against the singer.

According to TMZ, Cindy Tsai is suing Miguel and the MGM Grand Hotel (which is where the 2013 Billboard Music Awards took place) for negligence. She is reportedly seeking damages to cover the medical bills that resulted from her injury as well as lost wages and pain and suffering. Those are all the details we have so far about the suit, and Miguel's team has yet to comment on it.

The other woman who was hurt by Miguel's stage leap was also considering suing the singer back in 2013 when the incident first took place. According to her lawyer, Khyati Shah suffered from possible brain damage following the jump. He said, "Some of the difficulties she's experiencing are cognitive in nature and lead to suspicion of a neurological head injury." Her lawyer also claimed, at the time, that the medical treatment offered to Shah after she was kicked in the head was not sufficient and consisted only of an ice pack. However, it looks like Shah did not wind up suing Miguel after all.
