Ne-Yo Isn’t Engaged to Pregnant Girlfriend Monyetta Shaw

Ne-Yo has enjoyed his first 10 months of fatherhood so well that he and Monyetta Shaw are now expecting another baby together! The new bundle of joy is expected to arrive this fall, according to magazine. And with baby news comes rumors of an engagement. But according to a rep for Ne-Yo, that has not been announced ... At least not yet.

A rep for Shaws may have told Us Weekly that the two are engaged, but Ne-Yo's camp says there is no engagement.

Regardless, the parents-to-be are over-the-moon about the news: "[Fatherhood] has been a ride, but I’m loving every minute of it," says the R&B crooner, who shares a 10-month-old daughter, Madilyn Grace, with Shaw.

While most parents would fear having two babies in the house at the same time, Ne-Yo is quite confident that little Madilyn will be growing into big sister role before the new arrival.

"[Maddie]‘s been trying to walk since she was two months old," he told the magazine earlier this week. "She’ll grab your hands and pull herself up, and do a little wobble dance. She likes scooting along the wall. She moves really fast."

Since becoming a father, Ne-Yo and Shaw have been making sure that their young daughter "knows her worth" beginning at an early age. "[It's] a beautiful thing," notes the singer-songwriter. "That’s something I’ve tried to instill in her from day one: understand that you are a Godsend. You’re an absolute angel and people are supposed to treat you that way. She’s extremely diva even at 10 months."
