How to Find the Pokemon Card Vending Machines in Your State

Gotta catch 'em all? Well, it might be getting harder thanks to bots, scalpers and resellers, but there's still hope for Pokemon card collectors trying to get their paws on Prismatic Evolutions and more popular sets in 2025.

GameStop, Best Buy, Walmart and Target aren't the only national retailers you can find modern Pokemon Trading Card Game products at MSRP (retail price)—if you catch a restock, anyway.

Some grocery chains around the nation, including ShopRite, Aldi and Kroger, sell Pokemon TCG cards at select locations, but did you know you can also find Pokemon cards at officially licensed vending machines at certain grocery stores?

These vending machines currently carry in-demand sets such as Prismatic Evolutions, Paldean Fates, Journey Together and 151, including tins, Elite Trainer Boxes, Booster Bundles and single packs, among other card products/

Pokemon Automated Retail Vending Machines are located in grocery chains such as Safeway, Acme, H-E-B and more across the U.S., though not every grocery store has one, and neither does every state.

How to Find Pokemon Vending Machines in Your State

The number of Pokemon vending machines in your state may vary by location, and not every state has a Pokemon vending machine.

Unfortunately, the following states do not currently (as of publishing in May 2025) have any Pokemon Automated Retail Vending Machines:

Alabama, Alaska, Connecticut, Florida, Hawaii, Iowa, Kansas, Maine, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Vermont, West Virginia and Wyoming.

You can find the Pokemon vending machine(s) in your state on the official Pokemon Center website, which provides a list of all currently operational machines and their locations.
