Rebel Wilson Says There Will Be a ‘Pitch Perfect 3′

Pitch Perfect 2 won't be in theaters till next month, but it looks like there will be a third movie in the works.

Rebel Wilson, who stars as Fat Amy in the movie, reportedly confirmed the news with LA Times film reporter Amy Kaufman that she has signed on to be in the cast for the third installment of the film series. And, of course, Kaufman had to share it with the Twitter world.

"News: Rebel Wilson just told me there will be a 3rd @PitchPerfect and she recently signed on to be in it! (She doesn't know abt Kendrick.)," Kaufman wrote on Twitter last night (April 10).

While there hasn't been an official statement from the film studio or producers behind the Pitch Perfect series, we aren't too surprise that there's already buzz about making a third film. Pitch Perfect, which released in the fall of 2012, raked in over $113 million at the box office worldwide, and it's predicted that the same kind of success will come for the sequel.

But before we get excited for the third one, Pitch Perfect 2 is set to open in theaters on May 15. And while fans all over the world are looking forward to see their favorite Bellas belt their hearts out on tracks like Miley Cyrus' "Wrecking Ball" and Beyonce's "Run the World (Girls)," they have been showing their Pitch Perfect love by posing exactly like Anna Kendrick in the latest movie poster and posting the pics on social media. The film's star was so excited and touched by the gesture that she's shared collages of her faves on Instagram. See one of them below.
