Rick Ross is making another headline today. First, the rapper features on John Legend's newly released single, 'Who Do We Think We Are,' which dropped today. The second bit of Ross-related news is not quite as good, though. Ross, who was the target of a drive-by shooting in Florida in late January, may end up in jail over the incident, since he was armed at the time. That's what we call a textbook case of adding insult to injury.

A police report from the Fort Lauderdale PD indicates that Ricky Rozay was armed with a black and chrome Smith & Wesson semi-automatic weapon when he was shot at. The gun was tucked into the Maybach Music Group guru's front waistband and was loaded, with a bullet in the chamber. Yikes. Needless to say, we're glad it didn't discharge accidentally, Plaxico Burress-style.

However, the problem lies in the fact that Ross' gun license was expired when the incident took place. Since he was not legally able to carry the weapon, he has a bit of a headache to deal with and could go to jail for breaking the law.

As for the shooting, there have been no suspects named as of press time. But still, Ross has to deal with the drama regarding a hit on his life. It's sorta ironic, no?
