Rita Ora has a new look.

The 'How We Do' singer shared a sexy and candid shot of her newer, shorter and sweeter 'do while she was freshly snipped and still in the chair and wrapped in the smock at her favorite hair salon.

The singer stopped at the establishment to get a quick cut and was on her way to the airport as soon as she was done. The girl never slows down.

She captioned the shot with a ringing endorsement for Percy & Reed, which should pick up a few more customers now that the infinitely stylish Ora gave it props.

We love that Ora tossed on a pair of aviator shades and was not without a bright red smear of lipstick while in her stylist's chair.

Her new 'do is not that drastic. It looks to be a bit shorter than shoulder length and it frames her face, while paired with side swept bangs. We'd classify it as a bob, but on Ora, it's anything but boring. It's quite the sassy do.
