Look out, Jerry Brown -- Snoop Dogg wants your job. In a wide-ranging interview last night with George Lopez, Snoop says he wants to run for governor someday.

After being told that he was recently ranked the world's sixth-most influential tweeter, ahead of President Obama, Snoop jokingly replied: "Wow ... I might run for governor of California," as the audience cheered wildly.

Snoop also presented a photo of himself and Charlie Sheen and said that he's in the studio making music with the embattled actor. "We'll probably put something on Twitter in like three or four days," Snoop promises.

Among the other things Snoop told Lopez which may or may not be true: He wants to be knighted someday, he sold weed to Cameron Diaz in high school, he wants to create a show to replace Oprah called The Wake & Bake Show, and he once stole a television from the BET studio when the network wasn't playing his music.

Later, Snoop performed his latest single, 'Boom,' from his new album 'Doggumentary,' which hit stores on Tuesday.
