SXSW 2013 Fashion Trends – Bright Colors

It's still cold in much of the country in March, but it's balmy and warm in Austin, Texas, where SXSW takes place.

Selena Gomez, who hit up the fest for a premiere of her new film 'Spring Breakers,' dressed for the weather without sacrificing any of her fashion forward style.

She donned a bright Dolce & Gabbana outfit -- a bikini-style top with a bright orange pencil skirt- and looked gorgeous and comfortable at once. The citrus hue of the skirt is perfect for a coupla days in her native Texas. Ditching blacks and browns for a warm climate was smart and appropriate.
