L.A. Reid, who left his position as Epic Records chairman just last week, has been accused of sexually harassing a coworker.

Reid had been with Epic for six years, during which time he worked with Meghan Trainor, Fifth Harmony, DJ Khaled, Travis Scott, and Future.

On last night's episode of 'X Factor,' viewers were treated to an uber-mini performance of Britney Spears singing... live! For real, Brit surprised L.A. Reid when she sang 'Happy Birthday' to him!

After the surprised firings of 'X Factor' host Steve Jones and judges Nicole Scherzinger and Paula Abdul, the Hollywood Reporter has revealed that L.A. Reid will stay on as a judge for Season 2.

Following Cher Lloyd's fourth place finish on the U.K. edition of 'X Factor.,' she signed with judge Simon Cowell's Syco Records. Now the brown-eyed Brit is working with another 'X Factor' mentor: she signed a deal in the U.S. with L.A. Reid's Epic Records.

Cher Lloyd may have become a huge name in her native U.K. after her star-making turn on the British version of 'X Factor,' but she isn't a star in America -- yet. Now, it sounds like all of that is set to change, with U.S. 'X Factor' judge and music mogul L.A. Reid tipping Cher Lloyd for major stateside success during an 'X Factor' pre-show interview.

'X Factor' judge L.A. Reid isn't bothered that the singing competition show hasn't lived up to Simon Cowell's stated objective of 20 million viewers per week.
