Train just released their brand-new album, 'California 37,' and to celebrate, they stopped by the 'Today' show to perform their new single, 'Drive By,' as a part of the show's annual Toyota Concert Series.

"California 37 is a highway in northern California," lead singer Pat Monahan told Matt Lauer about the band's sixth studio album. "We are a San Francisco band and that road connected us to each others homes but also to the rest of, kind of the world, really. And we've had a lot of breakdowns and everything else on that road, so we wanted to write about it."

'California 37' hit No. 1 on iTunes the day after it was released, and Train couldn't be more excited about the success of the LP. "... It's great that it comes this late in our career," Monahan added.

Train has been busy promoting their new album, making appearances on 'Late Show With David Letterman,' 'The Howard Stern Show,' the ACM Awards and more. The band will hit Europe and Australia next month before officially kicking off their North American tour on July 10 in Montreal, Canada.
