Taylor Swift loves having special surprise guests at her live shows, and the gal didn't disappoint for Swifties who went to her Newark, N.J. Red tour stops. The country crossover cutie escorted Train frontman Pat Monahan to the stage last night (March 29), the final of her three-night stint in the city.

The radio-friendly pair performed a duet of Train's hit 'Drive By' -- and it was a much different drive by than the ones you're probably used to hearing about in Newark.

Swift told the crowd that her special guest was a "thank you" for the Garden State's support. Monahan emerged, clad in head to toe black, singing the opening verse -- before being promptly drowned out by Swift's enthused audience. Swift let Monahan have the spotlight singing-wise, but she made sure to shake and strut all over the stage during the track before joining in to sing the second verse.

Swift was also sure to make sure the crowd showed Monahan lots of love, commanding them to hold their hands up and keep singing. She's a class act and a first rate performer, and T-Swizzle shows it through her interactions with everyone lucky enough to share a stage with her -- even when their ear monitors cause mayhem midsong!
