Tyler, the Creator was mighty jolly with his fans at the Odd Future Christmas show Thursday night (Dec. 22), but was a scrooge to the sound guy. The 20-year-old rapper was arrested at the Roxy Theatre in Los Angeles on suspicion of vandalism.

A rep for the Los Angeles County Sheriff Department told Billboard that the Roxy staff called police stating that Tyler allegedly "destroyed an electronic soundboard belonging to the [theatre]." Evidenced of Tyler's reported destruction was captured on video by a concertgoer and posted on YouTube.

According to TMZ, Tyler, whose real name is Tyler Okonma, was handcuffed in front of his mother who was visibly upset. Police released the rapper early Friday morning (Dec. 23) on $20,000 bail.

After being released, Tyler went on Twitter to play the denial card. "Whoa, Its Stories On Me Being In Jail?" he tweeted. "The F---? I Wasnt In No Jail Or Arrested Or Nothing."
