Usher's heartbreaking ballad 'Climax' has reached the No. 1 spot on the Billboard R&B / Hip-Hop Songs chart. The song is the first single from his upcoming album 'Looking for Myself,' which arrives in stores on June 12.

This also marks Usher's 12th No. 1 song of his career and the only male R&B artist who holds this record, so far. Fellow crooners R. Kelly and Drake follow behind him with nine chart-toppers, respectively.

Usher recently went on Twitter to thank his fans for his chart achievement:

Meanwhile, if you are eager to see Usher live onstage, you can catch him performing in an off-Broadway play in New York. The singer will flex his aerial skills with the cast of 'Fuerza Bruta: Look Up' this weekend.

According to CBS News, the production is a fast-paced interactive play in which the audience are the performers and participate in an aquatic experience. A news release says the performers "frolic in a watery world suspended just above the audience."

Usher will perform only two shows on April 28 at the Daryl Roth Theatre. Tickets are on sale for $150 and $200.
