The golden popcorn will be flowing on Sunday, April 12, as the 2015 MTV Movie Awards air live on MTV at 8/7c. While we are actually exploding with excitement, we'll try and find our chill long enough to tell you everything you need to know about the show, from the performers to presenters to nominees and everything in between.

First things first: The awards show will air live from L.A.'s Nokia Theater and it will be hosted by comedian Amy Schumer, who will be losing her MTV Movie Awards hosting virginity on Sunday night. We already know that Amy doesn't hold anything back in her humor, so we're super psyched to see her take the stage!

Ansel Elgort and Seth Rogen are up for the most awards with five nominations each, including Best Male Performance for Ansel and Best WTF Moment for Seth. (Notably, both actors are up for Best Kiss: Ansel for his smooch with The Fault in Our Stars co-star Shailene Woodley; Seth for kissing James Franco in The Interview.) Zac Efron scored four nominations — including Best Shirtless Performance — so let's all cross our fingers and hope for a repeat of last year.

Shailene Woodley nabbed three nominations, while Jennifer Lawrence scored two (both ladies will duke it out for Best Female Performance)! And speaking of Shailene, TFIOS actress will be honored with the prestigious Trailblazer Award on Sunday night, while Kevin Hart will take home the Comedic Genius Award. Robert Downey Jr. is the recipient of the Generation Award. (Check out the full list of nominees here!)

Fall Out Boy will undoubtedly rock the entire house when they perform hits from their latest album American Beauty/American Psycho, considering the fact that these guys can absolutely do no wrong during their live show. Charli XCX will also debut her "Famous" and "Drop That Kitty" medley at the show. Um, SO psyched.

The audience will be packed with A-listers every which way, especially since Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth, Jeremy Renner, Jimmy Kimmel, Reese Witherspoon, Miles Teller, Scarlett Johansson, Mark Ruffalo, Mark Wahlberg, Vin Diesel and Sofia Vergara will all present awards.

Plus, MTV just revealed that an exclusive scene from Pitch Perfect 2 will air during the awards show.

And in case that's not enough insane excitement for ya, Jessie J will also be hosting the live pre-show on the network. Jessie J working the red carpet and interviewing all of our fave stars? Um, yes please.
