Whitney Houston’s Relatives Demand Coroner Launch Murder Investigation
Just when you thought the Whitney Houston drama was winding down, TMZ reports that callers and emailers claiming to be relatives of the late legend are demanding the coroner's office launch a murder investigation on the case.
Sources say that the calls were made by several different people, some claiming to be relatives of Houston and others relatives of her ex husband, Bobby Brown. The calls and emails all have the same common theme: they believe Houston was murdered, with one source even saying they had information to back their story up -- and they believe a relative was behind Houston's alleged murder.
Last week it was revealed that the cause of Houston‘s death was an accident, though the official cause of death is still awaiting results of a toxicology report. “She had no marks on her body whatsoever to indicate a struggle, and she was the furthest thing from trying to kill herself,” a source said. The source also revealed that toxicology results will likely be ready sometime this week.
The coroner's office told TMZ that the investigation is still ongoing, but that they wouldn't comment any further.
