2012 Grammy Album of the Year Winner – Reader’s Poll
The 2012 Grammys are almost here! On Feb. 12, the Recording Academy will announce their pick for the Album of the Year, and out of the five nominees, four are pop stars!
Rihanna is nominated for her 2010 album 'Loud,' which features singles like 'What's My Name?' and 'S&M,' while Adele is obviously nominated for her critically-acclaimed album '21,' featuring tracks like 'Rolling in the Deep' and 'Someone Like You.'
Bruno Mars also received a nod for his 2010 debut LP 'Doo-Wops & Hooligans,' which includes hit songs like 'Grenade' and 'Just the Way You Are.' Finally, rounding out the list of pop nominees is 'Edge of Glory' hitmaker Lady Gaga, who is nominated for her massive 2011 album 'Born This Way.'
Additionally, rock fans are also represented well at the 2012 Grammys, since Foo Fighters are nominated for their latest release 'Wasting Light,' featuring singles like 'Walk' and 'Rope.'
