Gossip singer and plus size fashion and music icon Beth Ditto has unveiled her (somewhat pricey) namesake Spring 2016 fashion collection, joining the likes of Melissa McCarthy and Rebel Wilson, two other curvy stars with highly-publicized plus size celebrity fashion collections out this year.

Featuring 11 pieces ranging from U.S. sizes 14 to 28, Ditto's collection comprises a range of edgy garments catering to the fashion-minded plus size shopper, from jumpsuits to jean jackets to leggings to silk tops.

While not all items are a complete hit (one metallic black jumpsuit in particular is giving off Glad bag vibes), the bright and glamorous collection is a fresh of breath air from the baggy basics typically offered by other plus lines. True to Ditto's mission statement, the line seems like it's been designed to celebrate curvy women's bodies—not cover them up.

"I wanted to make pieces to last years," Ditto told Women's Wear Daily of the collection. "Beyond trends, beyond chain stores. I wanted to create something all its own, something just for us, made with love and consideration. Made ethically in the USA as a small company with no big corporate input. Uncompromising, unapologetic, and timeless. Go-to pieces designed to last. A movement by us, for us."

Unfortunately, not so inclusive are the prices for the collection, which run up to $395 for a print jumpsuit.

Overall, it's no surprise that Ditto—who teased the collection back in December by debuting an oversized t-shirt dress co-designed by Jean Paul Gaultier—is dipping her toes into the fashion pond: The Arkansas native previously collaborated on a fashion line with U.K. retailer Evans back in 2009.

The fashion darling and couture muse has also walked in runway shows for both Marc Jacobs and Gaultier, as well as performed at the Versace Versus show in 2012. In 2012 Ditto also collaborated with M.A.C. on a cosmetics collection.
