As one of the biggest music stars in the world, Beyonce is about as recognizable as a celebrity can be. Bey told 'Entertainment Tonight Canada' that she often wishes she wasn't famous, so she could escape the attention. "I always have those moments," she said, "but it's my life and I can't complain. I'm very fortunate. I love what I do."

It's generally not cool when celebrities complain about being famous, but Beyonce clearly wasn't doing that. She went out of her way to acknowledge that she has a great life and that dealing with a loss of anonymity is just part of the price of fame.

She added that she's been fortunate when it comes to the throngs of photographers that often hound celebrities. "It's strange, but I've gotten a lot of respect from paparazzi," she said. "People just kind of let me live."

The singer also discussed her pregnancy, saying, "I feel free. I feel very empowered and I feel the happiest I've ever been in my life." But don't expect any spoilers on whether her baby is a boy or a girl -- she said she's going to make people wait to find out.
