Brad Pitt Reportedly Requests Joint Custody of Children With Angelina Jolie
Brad Pitt is reportedly asking for joint custody of his children with Angelina Jolie.
According to Entertainment Tonight, the actor responded to Jolie's divorce filing with a filing of his own Friday afternoon (November 4), requesting both joint legal and physical custody of his children with the actress.
In her filing, Jolie asked for joint legal custody with Pitt, but sole physical custody.
According to court documents allegedly obtained by ET, Pitt reportedly cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for their divorce petition and, like Jolie, has agreed to pay his own attorney fees.
The former couple share six children together: 15-year-old Maddox, 12-year-old Pax, 11-year-old Zahara, 10-year-old Shiloh, and 8-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne.
