Kanye West's first performance since his 'Watch the Throne' collaboration with Jay-Z topped the charts will be in an unlikely location: The rapper will close out the Call of Duty XP video game convention in Los Angeles on Sept. 3.

Call of Duty XP takes place on Labor Day weekend in an L.A. hangar, with thousands of fans arriving to check out the latest games in the franchise and compete in a $1 million tournament. The convention announced West's concert on its website, writing, "All XP ticketholders are guaranteed a spot at this blockbuster closing night performance."

"We’re pulling out all the stops,” said Activision Publishing CEO Eric Hirshberg. “We promised our attendees and fans around the world a once-in-a-lifetime experience for the first Call of Duty XP, so we’re thrilled to have Kanye on board. Everything about XP will be as epic as the games themselves."

After Call of Duty XP, Kanye heads to Austin City Limits for a festival performance on Sept. 16. Then, he'll take a six-week break before embarking on the two-month North American Throne Tour with Jay-Z to promote the new album.
