Christina Aguilera chose a face-off of Beverly McClellan and Justin Grennan for the second round of battles on 'The Voice.' The two squared off against each other with a performance of the Who's 'Baba O'Riley.'

"Justin is a great guy, but at the end of the day, there can only be one," said McClennan. "I love the Who, man. I'm gonna do [the song] some justice."

Grennan, on the other hand, wasn't too familiar with the tune. "I've never seen the lyrics until today," admitted Grennan. "It's very challenging for me to learn the song."

Aguilera, along with her advisor Sia, mentored the contestants as they rehearsed the song. "Justin going from not knowing the song to being able to get up there and sing it the way he did with such grit and raw passion, I was really impressed," Aguilera said of Grennan's practice session.

When the two contestants hit the battle ring, the soulful Grennan showed that he became comfortable with the Who song, but the rocker McClellan commanded the stage with her powerful pipes. After the other coaches gave their comments, Aguilera decided to pick McClellan to move on to the next round.
