Former Destiny's Child member Farrah Franklin (second from left) was arrested for disorderly conduct on Saturday, and now the singer is threatening to sue to California's Culver City Police Department.

Farrah was taken into custody early Saturday morning in Culver City, and was released later that day after posting a $100 bond. The singer says she was "unfairly" treated by the police officers who arrested her. "Unfortunately, I am the latest victim on what seems to be a growing list of those who are racially profiled and mistreated by Culver City Police," said Farrah in a statement to TMZ. "I was manhandled by the arresting officers. There were no female officers on duty and I was required to take off my top and treated unfairly."

The R&B singer also took to her Twitter account to threaten legal action against the Culver City Police Department. "YES there WILL be a lawsuit!" she wrote. 'F--- da Culver City Police!!!! You can't keep a good girl down."

Farrah was a member of Destiny's Child for a five-month stint in 2000. She appears in the videos for the group's hits 'Say My Name' and 'Jumpin', Jumpin',' although she didn't contribute vocals to the original recordings.
