Game of Thrones' eighth and final season has had mixed reviews so far—and even the cast has low key expressed their disappointment with the direction that the show has taken.

WARNING: Major Game of Thrones spoilers ahead.

In last week's episode, fans were shocked to see Daenerys Targaryen go completely mad, as well as watch Cersei and Jaime Lannister die in each other's arms, proving that creators David Benioff and Dan Weiss had different plans for the show. It also means that everything we expect to happen in the finale next Sunday (May 19), including the countless fan theories, will likely NOT occur in the last episode of the series.

Though we have no idea how it will all end, it's come to everyone's attention that even some of the cast seems pretty dissatisfied with Season 8. You can watch them pretend they’re excited below, starting with Peter Dinklage, who looks like he's being forced to say Game of Thrones ends "brilliantly."

Emilia Clarke told Vanity Fair that shooting her character's final moments "f--ked her up," adding that Dany's actions will probably leave a sour taste in fans' mouths.

She also did an interview with co-stars Nathalie Emmanuel and Jacob Anderson, in which she awkwardly says this season is "the best season ever" after being asked if they were happy with how things ended for their characters.

Then, there's Kit Harington who straight up said the finale is "disappointing."

Joe Dempsie, who plays Gendry, also let it slip early on that the writers completely abandoned the characters' development for shock value.

Meanwhile, Maisie Williams, who plays badass Arya Stark on the hit HBO series, told Sky News in January she doesn't believe fans will love the season finale. "I don't think anyone is going to be satisfied," she said.

As for Sophie Turner, who plays Sansa Stark, she had a different opinion, telling Rolling Stone, "I feel very satisfied with the ending of the entire show. Every story arc came to a really good close."

Find out what happens during the Game of Thrones finale next Sunday, May 19th at 9 p.m. ET on HBO.
