For the first time ever, 'Glee' brings us original songs -- like this one, 'Loser Like Me' -- which acts as an anthem for the glee club kids, who can never seem to catch a break from the bullies at McKinley High.

The lead-in to the chorus sets the tone for the song, which expresses a carefree attitude about the verbal beating the 'Glee' kids receive episode after episode without fail.

"All of the dirt you've been throwing my way / It ain't so hard to take (that's right) / 'Cause I know one day you'll be screaming my name / And I'll just look away."

The chorus comes in with a strong, upbeat dance feel -- and lyrics lay out what the underdogs will do when they finally reach the top:

"Just go ahead and hate on me and run your mouth / So everyone can hear / Hit me with the worst you've got and knock me down / Baby I don't care / Keep it up and slam me down and bang me around / You wanna be, you wanna be / A loser like me / A loser like me."

This original 'Glee' song showcases a big New Directions sound, and the outward voices of fan favorites Finn and Rachel. The song was touched by the writing hand of Max Martin, who has worked with the likes of Pink and Britney Spears.

'Loser Like Me' -- along with a Rachel ballad called 'Get It Right' -- will be featured on the March 15 episode of 'Glee.'
