When it comes to interviewing Lady Gaga, there are few candidates who can connect with the singer quite like high fashion French designer Jean-Paul Gaultier. After all, a huge part of Gaga's persona is fashion-related, so why not have one of the most well-known designers of the 20th and 21st century interview her? A special featuring Gaultier interviewing the Mother Monster is set to air on The CW on Sept. 12.

A preview of the interview has hit the Web, and although the photo shoots, clothing and accompanying footage looks compelling -- with Gaultier and Gaga posing as what looks to be a nun and a priest in one segment -- Gaga appears to be talking about the same old stuff. "When I was young I had something very different inside me," Gaga tells Gaultier. "I like to liberate myself with my ability to change."

She also talks about how the "fantasy becomes my reality" and how she dabbled with drugs in the past. Gaga rehashes the old story about how she took her clothes off during her early days as a performer, and about how she likes "women sexually."

Although we've heard all of this before, we are keeping our fingers crossed for some new conversation points from Ms. Gaga. If not, the interaction between her and Gaultier should be interesting enough.

You can tune in to Jean-Paul Gaultier's interview with Lady Gaga on The CW on Monday, Sept. 12 at 8PM EST.
