UPDATE: Kanye just unveiled the album artwork for The Life of Pablo, designed by Peter De Potter.

The fourth time proved to be the charm for Kanye West when it came to landing on a suitable name for his seventh LP, but The Life Of Pablo, set for release later today (February 11), is leaving the social media universe a little perplexed.

West, who'd previously pointed to So Help Me GodSWISH and Waves as potential album names, cryptically tweeted on Tuesday (February 9) that his final choice could be reduced to the acronym T.L.O.P., and invited fans to guess. But when he finally unveiled his nominal product, crickets began to chirp.

Some tweeted that they thought West's album name was a joke, while others pointed out that it could potentially be an allusion to infamous Colombian drug lord Pablo Escobar. Either way, it was pretty much across-the-board incredulity:

Dante Holley, a 20-year-old rapper and producer, somehow offered the correct guess ahead of time, and told MTV News his speculation — that Pablo does, in fact, point to Escobar — was inspired by Kanye's own work.

"When I first saw [T.L.O.P.] I initially thought it’d be ‘the something of something,’ and then I thought ‘The Life Of The Party,’” Holley said. “But then I was listening back to the first two singles he dropped [“Real Friends” and “No More Parties In L.A.”] to look for clues. And that’s when I heard the lyric, ‘I feel like Pablo when I’m working on my shoes.’”

West promised on Twitter that "anybody who can figure out the title" would earn tickets to the Yeezy Season 3 show (plus a pair of Yeezys!), but as of now, Holley hasn't heard anything. Still, he hopes Kanye keeps his word.

"If he doesn’t, I’ll be like ‘damn ‘Ye.’ I mean, I’ll still be a fan but I’ll be like, ‘that’s still kind of whack,’" he said. "If he does, he’s a man of his word and I would respect him a whole lot more. I would have no idea what to expect from the show, but I’d go!"
