The ever-generous Kelly Clarkson has a treat for her west coast fans. Clarkson scheduled a performance at the Troubadour in Los Angeles on Wednesday, Oct. 19 -- and 500 fans got free tickets by registering at her website. Registration is closed, but the website advises that registering doesn't guarantee admission and for fans to arrive early to ensure entry.

The show precedes the release of Clarkson's fifth studio album, 'Stronger,' on Oct. 24. The 'American Idol' alum has been working hard to promote 'Stronger,' with appearances at the iHeartRadio festival and a knock out performance of 'Mr. Know It All' on 'The Tonight Show.'

So her East Coast fans don't feel left out, Clarkson also has a free VH1 taping in New York City on Oct. 27.

Kelly's relationship with her fans is so sweet in comparison with her sassy persona in her songs. She makes sure her supporters know that even Miss Independent's life would suck without them.
