Lady Gaga Sings ‘Captivated’ At Monster Ball Show in Columbus

Fans in Columbus, Ohio were treated to a surprise last night when Lady Gaga performed a portion of the unreleased track 'Captivated' during her latest show on the Monster Ball Tour.

Gaga performed an a cappella verse, singing: "I'm captivated by you / You're just like the wind cause everything moves away when you're around it / The sun is just like the sound of your voice in the morning when you light the world up / And I love the way you make me dance from miles away."

Gaga told the crowd that she wrote 'Captivated' seven years ago. Footage a couple of years ago has surfaced of her performing the song during an NYU talent competition (see below).

Might the appearance of 'Captivated' on tour mean the song is destined for Gaga's upcoming 'Born This Way' album? The tracklist hasn't been confirmed yet, so we'll have to wait to find out.

The Monster Ball continues through early May, when Gaga finishes with two shows in Mexico City. On May 7, HBO will air 'Lady Gaga Presents the Monster Ball Tour at Madison Square Garden.'
