Lady Gaga, Jean Paul Gaultier Interview Special to Air September 12

Lady Gaga is engaging in yet another media opportunity as she promotes 'Born This Way' from every possible angle. Mother Monster is now teaming up with the CW network for a one-hour interview special with famed French fashion designer Jean Paul Gaultier.

Gaultier is most famous for designing Madonna's cone bustiers, and for his outrageous, bold designs that fall right in line with how Gaga dresses. It will be a true meeting of some incredibly fashionable minds.

The special is dubbed 'Gaga on Gaultier' and it will air Monday, Sept. 12 at 8PM ET. It's technically not an hour long, as the show will actually end around 9:15. This is a great way for the network to kick off its fall 2011 programming, though. In case you are already planning your schedule, the last 45 minutes of that extra hour will be filled with programming previews for the CW.

The Gaga/Gaultier special was filmed for a French audience and has already aired overseas, with the CW securing the broadcast rights for America-only recently. Some of the topics that Gaga and Gaultier will tackle and explore are her rocket ride to fame (or 'The Fame'), her relationship with her little monsters, and her over-the-top image.
