In a new behind-the-scenes video, 'Gagavision No. 43,' Lady Gaga talks 'Born This Way,' the leak of 'Judas,' and makes the most personal revelation yet.

"The greatest challenge in writing 'Born This Way' is I had to become confident and secure in myself," Gaga admits when asked about the most personal thing she could tell her fans. "I had to leave my insecurity behind me. Whatever residual scars behind. I spent two years delving deep into my wounds -- the blood transfusion."

Fans grab a sneak peek of Gaga's busy lifestyle in this backstage video, and the cameras were rolling when the 'Paparazzi' superstar heard that 'Judas' had leaked. "Eek, 'Judas' is leaking ... A slow death," Gaga says of a late-night email she got last week. She continues, "Just put me out of my f---ing misery. Just put that s--- out. They were like tearing limb for limb ... First it was like the arm of the song, and then the liver..."

The singer goes on to talk about how she 'vomits' her creative thoughts onto the page for fifteen minutes before anything significant starts to develop, and that can go on for years and years. We're thankful, and we can't wait to get our hands on 'Born This Way' when it drops on May 23.
