Gagavision No. 44 has been released, as Lady Gaga inches closer and closer to the May 23 release date for 'Born This Way.' The Mother Monster continues to reveal snippets of new music and to make inflammatory and beautifully evocative statements. She is provocateur of the highest order.

The video opens with makeup-smeared, latex heads before cutting to Gaga, wearing cat-eyed sunglasses, a side ponytail and a '70s style, gold-striped, disco shirt with massive shoulder pads that would look matronly on anyone other than the pop star. She waxes poetic about being bold and brave. "I feel a moral obligation to push the boundaries of love and acceptance," Gaga declares.

But she is not full of hubris with that statement. She astutely points out that "in order for art, music, technology or fashion to move forward you have to be brave and be audacious" over a thunderous, thumping beat that could replace your own heartbeat. Gaga puts her money where her lipstick-painted mouth is with that statement, since the singer is constantly reinventing her look and her sound, and has embraced technology beyond Twitter and Facebook by partnering with Polaroid for a line of new photo products!

There is also a clip of Gaga in the studio, at the mixing board, holding a "Gaga-corn," which even boasts a light up horn! Gaga says jokingly, "She was born this way!" Of course her beloved monsters factor into this clip, as Gaga admits "When I get sad, I think of little monsters." Cue the Awws.

The camera also captures some of her fans outside, anxiously waiting for her to appear! They are cloaked in various states of fashion, from street attire to high end, dramatic looks inspired by the Mother Monster. One fan even looks like the cop from the Village People, only Gaga-fied with big, pointy shoulder spikes.

The clip ends with Gaga stating that the video for her new single 'Judas' is coming next week. She issues the following warning: "Let the cultural baptism begin!"
