Lady Gaga continues to create as much buzz about her fashion choices as she does for her music.

The latest example is the new cover of NME, which features Gaga in a purple wig and a see-through bodysuit with a few strategically placed zippers.

The cover features a quote from Gaga, "I am not full of sh*t. Are you?," and according to the Daily Mail, the interview inside contains a number of similarly in-your-face quotes from the 'Bad Romance' singer.

She forcefully defended her artistry to the British rock mag, saying:

"Let me tell you something. If you f---ing rip my hairbow and my wig off my f---ing head, my shoes, my bra, every single thing on my body, and you throw me on a piano with a microphone, I will f---ing make you cry."

She added, "If you want me to be a manufactured act, you can f--- off.'

Gaga's NME cover follows the release of the eye-catching 'Born This Way' cover art and a fashionable appearance in Harper's Bazaar.

'Born This Way,' featuring the hit title track and the new single 'Judas,' hits retailers May 23.
